At Incomingo, we believe that every task in business—especially in the legal field—starts with a document. Our story began in a real law office where a solo attorney realized that document chaos, digital disorganization, and fragmented workflows stood in the way of efficiency. From that realization, as well as the frustration at a lack of real solutions, a solution was born.

Incomingo was founded by attorney Sean Musgrove, who learned early in his legal career that losing track of a single document can mean losing a case—or worse, exposing a firm to liability. After years of working with traditional email systems, cloud folders, and disconnected tools, he knew there had to be a better way. With the help of a skilled programmer, he designed Incomingo to bring order to the chaos of modern digital practice. However, along the way, he realized that this was more than a law related solution, it was a simple business solution for any business that had documents in any form.
